Christ-focused

The SDC academic experience is delivered from a biblical worldview. Christ is infused into every curriculum and classroom experience.

Effective

An experienced faculty gives personal attention to each student so they can reach their full potential. A caring learning environment is ideal for spiritual growth.

Master of Arts in Teaching

The Master of Arts in Teaching from San Diego Christian emphasizes research, reflection, and practical application within an educational setting. This program will help to cultivate and nurture educators who seek to effectively communicate in the classroom. Students will gain the ability to develop and encourage critical judgement and creativity, within the context of Christian service.

Students who have not yet earn their California Teaching Credential (specifically an SB2042 credential) will complete the entirety of the MAT program, whereas credentialed teachers must only complete the coursework outlined in block 4 below.
